How exciting that the 2024 General Conference will meet in Charlotte this year!
The North Carolina Conference and The Western North Carolina Conference are hosts for this event. My hope is that clergy and church members will consider serving at the General Conference so that we can provide radical hospitality to all who attend. Please consider this opportunity to serve the connection and share with your church the chance as well. Those who serve will have the option to do so for part of the day so they can see and experience the General Conference in action. I will be there for part of the time to serve and observe during the proceedings. Even though a direct email will be sent to each pastor, I wanted to offer a personal word of encouragement to attend and to serve.
