Oak Grove UMC has had some correspondence with Nara concerning the situation in Armenia and the best way to help at this time.  Project AGAPE is trying to help the people find places to live.  Nara suggested a bedding collection.  Oak Grove would like to extend that invitation to churches in the Corridor District and will serve as a drop off location.  All items should be brought to Oak Grove by February 21 (THIS SUNDAY) in order for them to be included in the next shipment which will be in March.  

The following items are needed: 
Sheets
Pillows
Pillowcases
Blankets
Comforters
Quilts
Sleeping bags

The items can be new or slightly used, providing they are clean and in good condition. If you prefer to give a monetary donation that would be greatly appreciated also. Donations can be made online through NCCUMC using the AGAPE link.  Please make sure to note that the donation is for bedding.  

Please pack all items in boxes, so that like items are together.  (Sheets together, blankets together, etc.)  Boxes should be closed.  Write the contents on the outside.
